I created this company to encourage introspective thought, self awareness and emotional intelligence. We use clarifying, intentional questions along with cognitive behavioral techniques to analyze your thoughts and feelings to optimize your workflow, improve habits, increase emotional awareness and improve your life.

The paper life focuses on:

Improving the mental processes of anxious over-thinkers, business owners, artist, entrepreneurs, and creatives too.

Turning ideas into action and helping you to lessen the fog of your everyday feelings, and thoughts to encourage psychological exploration.

Are you joining the next focus group?

The Focus Group is an in-person seasonal 2-hour meet up that allows the group to share cognitive behavioral techniques, humanistic, integrative, holistic teachings, reiki, alternative medicine recommendations, scientific journal studies, and share healthy coping mechanisms, to inspire one another and help to relieve emotional distress, build self esteem, reduce anxiety, improve communication styles, comprehension styles, and conflict resolution styles.

Long story short: We share tips and tricks we have collected during our mental health and self awareness journey while also sharing food and drinks and looking adorable.
